Shelby lives with her husband and 3 boys on an acreage North of Hughenden. After purchasing a very expensive mix master in August 2019 she thought it would be a good idea to appease her husband and put her baking passion to good use. Shelby has been baking and selling cinnamon buns from her home now for over a year! She tries to remain unique by offering a variety of seasonal and year-round flavors, such as Spiced Apple, Eggnog, Hot Cross, Apple Bacon, Raisin, Pecan, Very Berry, and her #1 seller, Plain (ironic, eh? LOL). All flavors are made complete with her signature toffee "topping" and sell for $16 per pan (6 buns). Shelby frequently offers local delivery and tries to make accommodations to those who live a little further from her, with pick-up from her home always being an option! Her cinnamon buns are also offered individually in the Amisk C-Store and the Hughenden Arena. Recently, Shelby acquired her Advanced Food Safety Handling course and has been focusing on a better social media presence.
