Logan Holben has always had an interest in food and the different flavours associated with it. He attended NAIT and obtained a Diploma in Culinary Arts and a Certificate in Professional Meat Cutting and Merchandising. Logan has been an avid hunter since the age of 12, both for big game and waterfowl. He makes all of his own sausage and jerky and enjoys creating new flavour concepts. At present, he has developed five different seasoning blends that are currently available for sale: beef, pork, chicken, steak spice, as well as fish & seafood. Logan's long-term goal is to develop an entire product line of rubs, seasonings, marinades, and sauces.
