Tee & Co. began as a dream and has grown into something far greater than imagined. From a young age, the salon's founder, Taryn, had an undeniable passion for hairstyling, whether it was giving family or friends one of her signature “Tee’s Makeovers,” she always knew her path would lead to a career in hair. After high school, she enrolled at Eveline Charles Hair Academy in Calgary, where she honed her craft and set the foundation for her future. Following years of experience in two salons, she fulfilled her lifelong dream by opening Tee & Co. in 2018. What started as a vision became a vibrant and welcoming salon in the heart of the Flagstaff Region. Over the past seven years, the overwhelming support from the community and the incredible talent that has come through the salon’s doors have far exceeded her expectations. A proud mentor, she has trained three hairstylists through the apprenticeship program and is currently guiding two more along the same path. Watching these young professionals flourish has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her journey. Alongside building her business, she has embraced milestones in her personal life, getting married and welcoming a child, all while navigating the challenges and joys of being a mom, wife, and entrepreneur. At the end of each day, she finds fulfillment in knowing she’s helped others feel confident and beautiful. With deep pride and gratitude, she and the Tee & Co. team continue to offer exceptional care, helping each guest bring their hair goals to life with skill, creativity, and heart.
