After turning her own health around at an early age, owner of BAM Fitness, Brittany MacMillan discovered the drastic importance of treating the problem, not the symptom. She believes our health is directly related to foods we eat. Brittany has come to love so many forms of physical fitness that started off as an outlet for her. It started with running, which she still loves to do, and it grew into various forms of cross training. Brittany decided it was time to share her gift of knowledge when it comes to fitness and nutrition. In December 2013 she became a certified Personal Trainer. She has added a certification roughly every two years since then to her "healthy living" arsenal. This includes YogaFit instructor, meditation and mindfulness coach, healthy eating and weight loss coach, and Strong Nation instructor. There is nothing more rewarding to her than hearing feedback on how she has helped or inspired someone. In early spring 2020, she decided to leave her day job and commit full-time to helping others improve their health and use fitness as a productive outlet as well.
