Confidence in Motion at Align and Release Wellness
If you spend time in Flagstaff County, you have likely heard the name Bobbi Delowsky. She is the force behind Align and Release Wellness, a registered massage therapist with specialties rooted in myo kinetic therapy, a B class fitness instructor, and the operator of a welcoming multi use wellness and fitness space. Align and Release Wellness is the new name for her practice, an evolution from earlier offerings under Myo Kinetic Therapy and B class Fitness that reflects a bigger picture of whole person care.
Bobbi’s path began in grade nine with a simple conviction. She wanted to help people recover from sport and injury. Massage drew her in because she could see and feel the difference it made. Two decades later the calling is the same and the toolkit is richer. Alongside therapeutic massage, Bobbi uses hot stone, cold stone, cupping, and bamboo sticks to reduce inflammation, ease TMJ pain and tendonitis, protect her own body, and get better results for clients. Myo means muscle and kinetic means movement. In plain language, her work helps muscles move with ease.

As the years went by, Bobbi realized that hands on care needed a partner. She added fitness and movement, first to protect her own longevity and then to give clients skills they could use between treatments. Her B class welcomes women of every age and ability. New movers who are just getting started. Athletes who crave a challenge. People returning from injury. Everyone gets options and progressions. The first class is often mental. Come twice and let the music help you find your spark.
Massage and movement led to a larger vision. Bobbi wanted a place where multiple wellness providers could serve the community under one roof. When she first stepped into a historic church that later became part of her space, she felt instant peace. Today the house supports treatment rooms and collaboration. The church holds yoga and shared experiences that bring people together. Residents walk in and feel at home. The setting itself invites people to breathe and begin again.
Confidence threads through her work. As a teen she did not always feel at home in her body. She is raising daughters and wants them to see a mother who moves, nourishes, and speaks kindly to herself. Nutrition support helped her reduce pain and increase energy. Strength training helped her return to push ups and sit ups after a C section. Menopause brings new changes, and she meets them with curiosity and compassion. A great massage can do a lot in one hour. What you do the other six days matters just as much.
Align and Release Wellness is proudly Flagstaff Crafted. Bobbi has participated in a range of Flagstaff Crafted opportunities that provided coaching, visibility, and collaboration. Those supports helped her refine her services, reach more clients, and scale with confidence while staying rooted in community.

Most of all, Align and Release Wellness exists for people. The space is inclusive. The classes are adaptable. The treatments are practical and effective. Whether you arrive with a sore neck, a stiff hip, or a tired spirit, you will be met with skill and kindness. Progress is possible. Show up and start where you are.
