Toaster Coaster™ has strong roots in Flagstaff County. The creator grew up in the region, as did her husband, Brett. After getting married, moving away and starting their family, they spent years with one eye always looking back toward home. Being closer to where it all started felt like finally exhaling. The idea for Toaster Coaster™ began in her mom’s kitchen in Killam, where a baking tray was always kept under the toaster to catch crumbs and protect the counter. She and Brett used the same simple solution for years, until their well-used tray no longer fit after upgrading to a four-slice toaster. When they went searching for something purpose-built, they realized nothing quite like it existed. So, they created it themselves. Brett came up with the name Toaster Coaster™, and it stuck immediately. What followed was years of searching, designing and refining until they had something thoughtfully made specifically for toasters. Not a workaround, but a clean, durable and practical solution designed for everyday kitchens. Toaster Coaster™ is a powder-coated steel landing pad that catches crumbs, protects countertops and helps make one of the busiest corners of the kitchen look intentional.
