Lois has lived in Flagstaff County since 2006, where she and her husband raise their three children on their family farm. Soul Barn Massage & Wellness grew naturally from Lois’s experience in group fitness and personal training. Massage therapy had always been a long-time interest, but the timing between her previous business, Cicada Fitness, and raising young children didn’t quite align. As her kids grew more independent — and with a little encouragement from a good friend — Lois decided it was finally time to pursue massage therapy. Her passion for helping others feel their best found a new outlet through healing touch and holistic care. Lois created Soul Barn Massage & Wellness with the vision of offering more than surface-level relaxation. Her goal is to help clients reconnect mind and body, find balance, and feel truly grounded. After operating from her home for the past year, Lois is thrilled to be moving her practice into Sedgewick. She looks forward to helping people feel their best while meeting new faces and building meaningful connections within the community & collaborating with other local businesses.
