Now, Kiley shares her story to remind others that they are not alone and that it’s okay to talk about mental health and ask for help. She speaks at schools, community events, sports teams, conferences, and government groups, offering practical tools to navigate mental health challenges and foster open conversations. In addition to public speaking, Kiley creates custom resin and rock pocket hearts, keychains, and magnets—small, meaningful reminders that everyone is important, loved, and enough. Her goal is simple: to break the silence, reduce stigma, and offer hope.
